Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any feature of the ege33 platform. By accessing the platform you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ege33 online gaming platform, accessible at ege33.club. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ege33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any content or service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all players accessing ege33 from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which use of the platform is not prohibited by local law. ege33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances. If you have forgotten your account credentials, use the password recovery function rather than registering a new account.
Deposits and Withdrawals in BDT
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to verification and standard processing times. No currency conversion fees apply.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual offer terms published on the platform at the time the bonus is claimed.
Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ege33 will never request your password via email, SMS or chat. All account activity conducted through your credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from gameplay, transactions or bonus terms should be submitted to ege33 customer support in the first instance. ege33 commits to reviewing all disputes fairly and responding within a reasonable timeframe. The Platform's decision on game outcomes determined by a certified RNG is final.
1. Eligibility to Use ege33
Access to and use of the ege33 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the eligibility criteria set out in this section. ege33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet these requirements.
You confirm that you:
- Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and on every occasion you use the platform.
- Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
- Are not a current employee, contractor or agent of ege33 or any affiliated entity, or a close family member of such a person.
- Have not previously been self-excluded from ege33 or had an account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms, unless ege33 has explicitly reinstated your eligibility in writing.
ege33 operates a strict minimum age policy. We may require documentary evidence of age at any time. Providing false information about your age or identity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
2. Account Registration and KYC
To access the full functionality of the ege33 platform, players must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information. Registration is free of charge. Each player may hold only one account at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
During registration you must provide:
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and can receive SMS to — this number serves as your primary account identifier.
- A username of your choosing (subject to the platform's username guidelines — offensive, impersonating or misleading usernames are not permitted).
- A secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. ege33 recommends using a password that is unique to this platform.
- Confirmation via OTP (one-time password) sent to your registered mobile number to verify ownership of the number.
KYC Verification
ege33 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal, when suspicious activity is detected, or as part of a routine compliance review. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
All personal information provided to ege33 must be accurate, current and complete. Players are obligated to update their account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of funds.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions
Deposits
All deposits to your ege33 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ege33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of the transaction:
- bKash — minimum single deposit ৳200.
- Nagad — minimum single deposit ৳200.
- Rocket — minimum single deposit ৳200.
- Upay and bank transfer — subject to the minimum amounts displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. Players must ensure they have completed any applicable wagering requirements before submitting a withdrawal request. Funds originating from a bonus must meet the stated rollover before they become eligible for withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (same-source withdrawal policy).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
- ege33 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals. This is a target, not a guarantee — processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, during system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
- ege33 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ege33's control.
ege33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the player will be notified and, where legally permissible, provided with a reason for the delay or refusal.
4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
ege33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific offer terms, the specific offer terms prevail in relation to that offer.
General bonus conditions:
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance section of a player's account and must be converted to real-money balance by meeting the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted.
- The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward meeting a wagering requirement.
- Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are voided without compensation.
- ege33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, any modification will not be applied retroactively to that credited bonus.
- Bonuses may only be used for personal, recreational gaming. Using bonuses as part of a systematic strategy to extract guaranteed profit — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage or multi-accounting — is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirement rules unless the specific offer terms state that winnings from free spins are credited as cash without a rollover condition. Players should review the specific offer terms for each free spin promotion before claiming.
5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games available on the ege33 platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by professional dealers in real-time studio environments. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by ege33 or by any player.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ege33 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or promotional contest.
- Exploiting software errors, display glitches or technical malfunctions to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime using the ege33 platform or its payment infrastructure.
Where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrect balance being displayed, ege33 reserves the right to void the affected game round and restore account balances to their correct state. ege33 is not liable for losses arising from a player's decision to continue playing on the basis of an erroneously displayed balance.
6. Responsible Gaming
ege33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all account holders at no charge and can be activated at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited to your account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders — configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined duration, prompting you to take a break.
- Temporary time-out — a short-term break from the platform lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the specified end date.
- Self-exclusion — a longer-term exclusion of 6 months or more. Self-exclusion is permanent for the selected period and cannot be reversed. Players who self-exclude will not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
ege33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances set out below. Where possible, ege33 will notify the affected player and provide a reason for the action taken, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.
Grounds for suspension or closure include:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the provision of false registration information, multi-accounting, or prohibited gameplay activity.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft or any other financial crime connected to the account or transactions conducted through it.
- A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
- Discovery that the player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the platform.
Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including winnings derived from bonus play that has not met the applicable wagering requirement) may be forfeited. In cases where closure is not the result of a player breach — for example, where a player requests voluntary closure — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ege33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, logos, trademarks and all other materials — is the intellectual property of ege33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, published or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ege33.
The ege33 name, logo and brand identity are registered trademarks of ege33. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including in any domain name, social media profile, promotional material or user-generated content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ege33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other losses — whether arising from a technical failure, a game outcome, a payment processing delay, or any other cause.
ege33 makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or that any defects will be corrected within a particular timeframe. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players use the platform at their own risk, and gambling inherently involves financial risk that no platform warranty can eliminate.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
ege33 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in full what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to your data.
ege33 uses SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Financial data including payment method details is handled through secure, industry-standard payment processing channels. ege33 does not store full payment card numbers. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
11. Amendments to These Terms
ege33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the platform with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material — meaning they meaningfully alter the rights or obligations of players — ege33 will notify registered players via the platform's notification system or by email to the address associated with their account, where available.
Your continued use of the ege33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting support. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ege33 platform shall be resolved in the first instance by contacting ege33 customer support. ege33 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. The outcome of any game round determined by a certified RNG engine is final and not subject to dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with ege33 support within 30 days of the dispute being raised, both parties agree to attempt resolution through an independent mediation process before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause restricts either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.
